For clients interested in the highest level of value and personal attention. In person training packages include exercise as well as nutritional program design and coaching.
Any effective program requires attention to many variables including lifestyle, exercise/modality preference, previous injury, movement IQ, training load, training volume and training intensity. This option allows for the greatest amount versatility and individualization while monitoring these factors.
Nutrition Coaching
Although exercise is an incredibly important factor to consider when entering the word of fitness, we still only spend a small portion of our time in the gym.
It’s been said that abs are made in the kitchen, and so are healthy bodies. All coaching is done via email and phone so it’s a great option for avid gym goers who are looking to optimize their results with a personalized, goal based nutrition program. Nutrition coaching packages range from 4 to 12 weeks and include:
Personalized Calorie and Macronutrient goals
S.M.A.R.T Goal setting and Mindset Coaching
Weekly check ins via Phone or Email and Calorie/Macro Adjustments as needed
